How will you decide what to charge people with an Individual Account for the services that you provide to them?

This workshop will be of interest to any third sector organisations in Bradford which are looking to develop services for people as part of the Personalisation agenda.

The workshop will be practical and interactive and cover the following:

  • A brief overview of the process people go through to access an Individual Account.
  • Explore how to decide what to charge for your service.
  • How do you work out what to charge in order to sustain your service?
  • How can you tell whether your charge is something that customers will be happy to pay?

This workshop will be delivered by Elaine Carter-Walker from WYCAS.

Elaine has worked as a Management Accountant for over 25 years in both manufacturing and service environments and has also been a trainer for 15 of those years. She has experience of working in both the public and private sectors and has worked in the third sector for WYCAS since 2004.

WYCAS is a small charitable company operating in West Yorkshire. Their services are designed to meet the financial management needs of third sector organisations from very small new groups through to those of larger, more complex organisations. They aim to provide specialist and accessible services in order that voluntary and community groups can develop and flourish across West Yorkshire.
